Al Weinberg is a strategic communicator/ facilitator with a strong belief that highly motivated teams can maximize greatness.
Besides a love for deep dish pizza and a good hot dog now and then, growing up in the Chicago land area has given Al a respect for people from all walks of life. Graduating from high school with a class of over 1500 students combined with the joy of being a member of a family of 7 sharing one bathroom not only began to develop his sense of humor, it also developed his team building, communication, and conflict skills.
Al has earned two degrees; the first in Parks and Recreation Leadership from the College of Du Page, the second from Unity College in Maine in Outdoor Recreational Leadership. Al is also a Graduate of the Disney Institute completing the Organizational Creativity curriculum.
Over the past 25 years Al has gained recognition as innovator and leader of many successful teams, programs and events. He has been featured in Insite Magazine and as a keynote presenter and workshop leader at conferences across the United States and over seas. In his career he has mentored a number of young adults to use their talents in their own careers, maximizing their strengths and values as their means to success. Being comfortable on stage or in the crowd Al loves all aspects of connecting with people in both large group and small group venues.
Al shares his life with his wife Jenny and their three children. To Al, his family is his biggest and most rewarding challenge that he has ever undertaken.
