PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:                                                            
The Osceola Leadership Summit is a nine-session one-day-a-month leadership program designed to sharpen our community leaders in the areas of; self, team and community leadership.  The experience will kick off with a two day overnight team building expedition.  The leadership base camps will meet one day a month for the remainder of the time.  Base Camps will consist of training modules, relevant books and articles, guest speakers, group discussions, research projects and field experiences.  Each Base Camp will have large group and small group (ascent teams) components so that each experience is engaging, valuable and memorable.

To connect the participants to their communities human, natural, intellectual and commercial resources.
To develop self leadership abilities
To develop team leadership abilities
To be an active part of the continuous improvement of Osceola County by developing an awareness of the community’s strengths and needs.
To provide professional quality Base Camps that are engaging, helpful and memorable
To offer an affordable program that will attract county wide participation
